As you stand in Wu Chi be aware of yourself as a vibration in space on the edge of movement and stillness.
When you begin, allow the body to open on the inside – this is often referred to as “threading the nine holes in the pearl”.
It is a process by which you can imagine that the space on the outside moves to the inside and the potential of movement awakens and manifests on the outside.
