In-person, Live-Streaming, and Outdoors
Spring/Summer Classes – May 3 – July 29
Note from the Director
Good news this semester we are creatively integrating Zoom, indoor, and outdoor sessions.
We are beginning to see light at the end of this long tunnel. In-person classes, with restrictions, will begin this Spring. The school has filters that are Heppa equivalent and surfaces, like knobs, light switches in the studio and bathrooms will be disinfected before and after each class. Below are the restrictions:
Ongoing classes: All classes will be Zoomed’. Indoor sessions are OPTIONAL, however you must be “fully” vaccinated to enter the school. Those of you who are not fully vaccinated and have registered from out-of-state can still attend the regularly scheduled classes, because we are still Zoomin’ away. Onsite, there will be no more than four – five students, one assistant, and one instructor permitted in the space during any given session.
Requirements if you intend on coming into the school.
- You must be fully vaccinated (you can choose to wear a mask or not)
- Please sanitize your hands upon entering (sanitizer provided)
- Touch as few surfaces as possible
- Participate in disinfecting the space when class ends (disinfectant and nitrate gloves provided)
- You must not have been exposed to anyone with Covid
- You must not have been traveling, air or rail, 10 days before your classes
Practice sessions: Practices will meet on Saturdays, 10-11 AM. These sessions will meet outdoors only, weather permissible, at Dickens Elementary. Maintain social distance and if you are not fully vaccinated wear a mask. When socializing before or after practice, everyone should wear a mask.
Be safe and continue to practice distancing and good hygiene!
These live-streaming sessions will be recorded and available to registered students to support practice. If are interested in studying at the Peaceful Dragon School and would like to see one of the classes e-mail your request to email@example.com
