Self-Massage for Reducing Tension (head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet)
Massage is one of the self-care options that offers us a sense of well-being as it can reduce physical stress. During this two-hour workshop you will learn how to give yourself an Acupressure treatment from your head to your toes. Master Wasentha Young will show you the release points to pressure and gentle massage techniques as well as how to reach those hard-to-reach places on your body for reducing physical tension.
