Feeling like you could use some self-care techniques that will help revitalize your sense of well-being? During these sessions you will learn basic stretches, relaxation movement, and self-acupressure to reduce muscle tension for just this purpose! These techniques are called Qigong meaning Energy Work. Best of all these exercises can be easily added to your self-care tool box and used daily.
You can be anywhere in the world and participate in these sessions through Zoom. After you register ($50) you will be sent a Zoom link.
