Tai Chi Ch’uan Application 2

After having explored the basic self-defense techniques experienced in the Application 1 session, we will continue with applications to increase reflexes, neutralize force, use focus mitts to increase return response, dance with the punching back, and practice locks and how to fluidly release from locks.  Tuition is $50
