Each month, Master Young will be offering half-hour sessions designed to get you through your week and these challenging times.

This month, September, join Master Young for one to three Zoom Sessions  – She will share Chi Kung (Qigong) techniques that will leave you body, mind and spirit relaxed, refreshed and revitalized. (Once you have registered for a session you will be sent a Zoom link)

9/14 – 16 Chi Kung Stretches

9/21 – Self-Acupressure for relieving neck, shoulder, and head tension

9/28 – Meditation – breathing, visualization, centering
