Staff Form – This session is open to all PDS students

The staff for is a set of 20 movements. As an inanimate object, a stick is just a stick. Once placed in your hands it becomes a part of you and expresses your intelligence and/or your ignorance. This simple form is empowering as you deflect, jab, and strike to neutralize your opponent.
