Open Peaceful Dragon School Live-Stream Session
Description: During this open session students and teachers from both tai chi and chi kung tracks are welcomed. We all (including Master Young) will have a chance to try this new platform for continued practice. We will go through the warm-ups, as well as a standing meditation. Master Young will tell you what to expect over the next few weeks and answer questions. If you miss this session, a recording will be made and you will be able to view it when she sends you the access code in another e-mail the next day.
Once you LINK to the invitation, which is included in an update e-mail and on the “General” page under students, link to the session, at the appropriate time. You will need to “Run” the Zoom program. You will also have the option to phone into the session. Sessions will be visible on your desktop or other mobile devise.
