Mindful Meditation Techniques
There is a myriad of different meditation styles. Each style is a path to relaxing the left-brain activity, stimulating right-brain activity, shifting the state of mind, increasing focus, or settling the spirit. During this two-hour session Master Wasentha Young will lead you on an exploration of a few sitting meditations as well as, standing, moving, lying, breathing, hand positioning styles.
