Mindful Meditation Techniques – Livestreaming on Zoom
There is a myriad of different meditation styles. Each style is a path to relaxing the left-brain activity, stimulating right-brain activity, shifting the state of mind, increasing focus, or settling the spirit. During this hour and a half session Master Wasentha Young will lead you on an exploration of sitting, standing, moving, breathing, and hand postural meditation styles and explain the benefits of each.
What you will need:
- Ability to access Zoom platform with good internet service.
- A computerized devise. A handheld device [mobile phones are a challenge for a good visual], laptop, or desktop computer with camera and mic. Ideally, it would be handy if it were able to allow for visual of feet.
- A comfortable place to sit (i.e. a chair or floor cushion).
