Push Hands is a two person exercise that develops the intuition and sensitivity of interacting forces. The primary movements in the TCC form of Ward Off, Roll Back, Press, and Push are used to explore the Push Hands principles of how to Listen, Adhere, Yield, and Neutralize force.
Students must be in Tai Chi 3 or have finished learning the form to participate in this class.
