Description

There are a myriad of different meditation styles. Each style is a path to relaxing the left brain activity, stimulating right brain activity, shifting the state of mind, increasing focus, settling the spirit, or even combinations of any of the mentioned. During this 2 hour session we will explore a few sitting meditations as well as, standing, moving, lying, breathing, mudra and mantra styles. Class size is limited to 6.
