Basic Qigong
Qigong means Energy Work. This class meets once a week and introduces participants to the very basic practices in Qigong. These self-care techniques can help to give you practices for reducing muscle tension, clear your mind, and revitalize your sense of well-being. During these sessions you will learn basic stretches, breathing and visualization meditations, and self-acupressure (acu-points used in acupuncture) for just this purpose!  Best of all these exercises can be easily added to your self-care tool-box and used daily. Class taught by Master Wasentha Young. Tuition is $60
