DESCRIPTION:I have acquired and am exploring live-streaming classes using Z
 oom as a platform\; will start shooting focus lessons this week\; and offe
 ring meditations to support your well-being and practice. That means that 
 I will be in and out of the studio all week setting up and videotaping. To
 day\, I am figuring out the Zoom platform and mapping out a schedule for l
 ive-stream sessions.\n\nThe plan thus far is to have live-stream sessions 
 that will also be recorded making them available for those of you who may 
 not be able to make the scheduled session. I am still ironing out all the 
 details\, so pack your patience. It should be up and running sometime this
  week. I have a couple of tutorial sessions set up with a Zoom agent.\n\nI
 f you are attending a live-stream session\, you will be able to ask questi
 ons and if your computer camera to be on I will be able to see you. If you
  prefer not to be seen\, you will have that option.\n\nOnce you receive an
  invitation code for a session\, you will need to "Run" the Zoom program. 
 Each session will be specific to your respective class and only your fello
 w classmates will be invited.\n\nEach week you will receive a pre-videoed 
 focus lesson. These lessons will be for everyone and have links to access 
 a combination of PDF files and video link(s)  that will be in my Vimeo cl
 oud.\n\nIf it is a sunny and fairly warm day you will receive a FLASH prac
 tice invitation. These outdoor practices will be at County Farm Park at th
 e Medford entrance. In the meantime\, be diligent with your hygiene\, plea
 se keep breathing\, relax\, and stay open to the gift the other side of th
