  AM \n\n \n\nTai Chi Ch’uan Application 1\nIn practicing Tai Chi the Ch
 ’uan (fist) is hidden. During Application 1 and 2 we will remove the vei
 l and expose the upper and lower body martial techniques\, as well as agil
 ity mechanics. Using safe physical and simple imagery applications we will
  explore how to empty\, issue\, pull\, push\, strike\, shoulder\, elbow\, 
 and split force. This session is meant to offer a glimpse into the self-de
